With more than one account, every entry gets tagged. Pick the account when you log, or change it later from the entry's Edit.
Categories
What you can pick when you log something.
Removing a category never touches entries already logged under it. It just stops being an option from now on.
Your data
Lives in this browser only. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Clearing your browser data would clear this too. Export a backup now and then, and keep the file somewhere safe.
Erase everything
This deletes every entry and setting on this device. It can't be undone, and there's no copy anywhere else.
